Support Our Work

Every partnership, donation and volunteer hour goes into programmes designed to outlast the people who started them.

Four Ways to Help

Choose how you want to make an impact

Whether you are an institution, a business, a diaspora supporter or a neighbour with time to give — there is a way in.

01

Partner with us

We work alongside government departments, donors, fellow NGOs, faith institutions and the private sector. If your mandate overlaps with any of our five focus areas, we would like to talk about joint delivery, co-funding or technical collaboration.

02

Give a donation

TiO distributes no profits or assets to individuals. Every kwacha mobilised is used exclusively for public benefit and charitable purposes, under proper financial management and external audit. Donations can be one-off or committed over a programme cycle.

03

Volunteer your skill

Teachers, health workers, agricultural extensionists, engineers, accountants, trainers and community mobilisers — skilled volunteers extend what a small organisation can deliver. All volunteers work under our safeguarding standards.

Offer your time

04

Give in kind

Learning materials, school and clinic equipment, nutrition and WASH supplies, transport, construction materials and professional services all convert directly into programme delivery. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly where it would do the most good.

How to Give

Making a donation

To make a donation, discuss a grant, or arrange a recurring contribution, contact us directly and we will confirm the current channels and issue the appropriate acknowledgement and receipt.

Where your support goes

As a charitable organisation, TiO commits to:

  • Proper financial management and external audits
  • Regular reporting to NGORA, donors and stakeholders
  • Ethical fundraising and responsible resource utilisation
  • Zero tolerance to fraud, corruption and abuse

These are commitments of our adopted Service Charter, not marketing copy. Read the charter.

For Partners & Donors

What working with TiO looks like

Clear reporting

Regular, honest reporting against agreed indicators — to you, and to NGORA.

Community ownership

Communities engaged in design and implementation, so results survive the funding cycle.

Safeguarding first

Safeguarding standards applied throughout, with particular care for children and vulnerable persons.

Partner with us to reach one more community.

Every partnership, donation and volunteer hour goes directly into programmes that outlast us.
